4X4 OUTDOOR LEISURE EXPO JUNE 2009
You are invited to book your stand now for the above mentioned event that will
take place during the first two weeks of June 2009. At this stage it will most
probably be 7 and 8 June. This date will be confirmed at a later stage. This
EXPO remains one of the most cost effective shows. This show is of particular
value as it has a central focus.
The annual 4x4ATV Organisation EXPO will again take place at the Moot Trim
Park Pretoria.
This show has in the past been a huge success both in terms of exhibitors and
spectators. During 2007 as much as 10000 people attended the show.
Your are invited to participate in this very popular EXPO. It is a low cost
2-day event where all manufacturers of vehicles, accessories and outdoor
products are invited to display their products to the general public and
specifically to enthusiasts.
Exhibitors rent a stand and are then entitled to decorate and exhibit their
vehicles / products in any creative manner.
The event will be advertised in all newspapers, magazines and possible TV motor
sport programmes. Display banners and posters will also be put up.
Your participation will be appreciated.
Cost of display areas:
Manufacturers : R2000,00 per block 10 x 20 meters
Accessories : R 1000.00 per block 10 x 10 meters
or R 500.00 per block 5 x 10 meters
Entrance Fee : R30.00 per adult / R10.00 per child under the age of 12 years.

U word uitgenooi om u stalletjie te boek vir die bogenoemde gebeurtenis wat sal
plaasvind gedurende die eerste week van Junie 2009. Sover sal dit heel moontlik
wees 7 en 8 Junie 2009. Hierdie datum sal later bevestig word. Hierdie EXPO bly
een van die mees koste effektiewe skoue en het besondere waarde aangesien dit 'n
sentrale fokus het.
Die jaarlikse 4X4ATV Organisasie EXPO sal weereens plaasvind by die Moot Trim
Park Pretoria.
In die verlede was hierdie skou 'n baie groot sukses in terme van uitstallers en
bywoners. Gedurende 2007 het soveel as 10000 mense die skou besoek.
U word uitgenooi om deel te wees van hierdie baie populêre EXPO. Dit is 'n lae
koste 2-dag gebeurtenis waar verskeie vervaardigers van voertuie, toebehore en
buitelewe produkte genooi word om hulle produkte uit te stal aan die algemene
publiek en spesifieke entoesiaste.
Uitstallers huur 'n stalletjie en mag dit dan in enige aantreklike manier opstel
om hulle voertuie / produkte voor te stel.
Die EXPO sal geadverteer word in koerante, tydskrifte en moontlik op TV
sportprogramme. Vertoonborde en posters sal ook opgesit word.
U deelname sal waardeer word.
